ACRES Property Management (ACRES PM) is the Property Management arm of ACRES. ACRES Property Management staff have over 40 years property and asset management experience across all property sectors, both residential and commercial.

Andrew co-founded ACRES Property Management in October 2020 and has 18 years’ experience in property management at all levels, working for some of the largest and well-known property management firms in the country.
Andrew’s experience includes managing a wide variety of properties; from large industrial premises and retail schemes to modern office blocks and also large residential developments. Andrew has acted for a wide variety of clients; including high net-worth individuals, to large Irish corporations and international funds.

Andrew has a wealth of experience in advising clients on service charge budgeting, lease renewals, sub-letting and lease re-gears. Andrew has had direct ownership of service charge budgets such as Adamstown, which had an annual service charge budget in excess of €500,000.

Ross O’Gorman has over 25 years of real estate experience. Relevant property management experience includes his previous role as Property Director for a privately held commercial property development company, whose core assets include a 100 acre mixed use commercial property development.
During Ross’ tenure his responsibilities included the development and management of numerous Office and Industrial schemes and he was instrumental in achieving 200% growth in rental income. Ross was also responsible for the overall management of multiple business parks including the estate management functions provided to over 300 companies. Ross has held the position of Director of multiple management companies, with combined budgets under management in excess of €2m.
Ross has gained a wealth of experience through having the overall responsibility for the day to day running of numerous management companies including setting of budgets, contract negotiations with external service providers, credit control and CRM with tenants, owner occupiers & investors.

Bryan Walsh is an experienced commercial agency surveyor, having over 13 years industry experience in the corporate sector. Bryan has acted on behalf of both landlords and tenants alike for multiple asset classes; including Hines Real Estate Ireland, Henderson Park, Therapie Clinic and Tetrarch Capital.
Bryan also specialises in retail rent reviews, lease surrenders, renewals and re-gearing; site appraisals and coordinating marketing strategies.
